Thomas DePetrillo's 9.5-foot Hulkbuster suit was the star of this year's New York Comic Con

Thomas Depetrillo has been making extreme costumes for 19 years. He spent the last 2 years building the suit which is 6ft 6 inches wide and 44 inches thich, 95lb and takes 20 munites to put on Eyes of the suit also glow white and the armor is dotted with red lights  

Thomas said it was 'single largest, most domineering thing' he's ever created

The suit took DePetrillo 1,600 hours to make over the last two years. It is 6ft 6 inches wide, 44 inches thick and weighs 95lb 


Attendees were in awe as it thundered through the Javits Center in Manhattan during the four-day event 



It takes 20 minutes for DePetrillo to fully suit up into the armor 


DePetrillo said the Hulkbuster costume was the 'single largest, most domineering thing' he's ever created in his 19-year career


'When I get into this suit, it's going to make me feel alive in a way that very rarely you get to feel in real life,' he said, pictured during the building process of the costume 


 The eyes of the suit glow white and shoot green lasers and bright red lights dot the armor when turned on
