Looking at Engr. Babachir David Lawal, who is Secretary to the Government of the Federation one would assume he is a man who would not have time for jokes or encourage people to laugh away their sorrows and carry on with the challenges of life. 

My Cousin's two Daughters are among the Chibok Girls- SGF

During  his presentation at the 2015 Nigeria Economic Summit, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation Engr. Babachir David Lawal disclosed that his cousin's two daughters are among the Chibok girls that were taking away. He also said that a widow who had been encouraged to go back to school was in that same school writing exams when she  was also taken away by Boko Haram.
